Your Ekkl account security is important to us. Whether you need to update your email address or change your password, you can easily manage these settings from your account. Follow the steps below to make changes to your account information.

How to Change Your Email Address

1. Log in to your account: Visit ekkl.com and sign in with your current credentials.
2. Go to Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
3. Select "Email Address": In the Account Settings menu, find the email section and click "Change Email."
4. Enter your new email: Type in your new email address. You may be asked to enter your password to confirm this change.
5. Verify your new email: We'll send a verification link to your new email address. Click the link to confirm the change. Until you verify, your old email will remain active on your account.

Note: Make sure you have access to your new email address before making this change, as all future communications will be sent there.

How to Change Your Password

1. Log in to your account: Visit ekkl.com and sign in with your current password.
2. Go to Account Settings: Click on your profile icon and select "Account Settings."
3. Select "Password": Find the password section and click "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password: For security, you'll need to confirm your existing password first.
5. Create your new password: Enter your new password twice to confirm. We recommend using a strong, unique password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
6. Save changes: Click "Save" or "Update Password" to complete the process.

Tips for a Secure Password

• Use at least 12 characters
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid using personal information like birthdays or names
• Don't reuse passwords from other accounts
