Common Login Issues and Solutions
"Invalid email or password" error:
- Double-check that you're entering the correct email address
- Make sure Caps Lock is off—passwords are case-sensitive
- Try resetting your password at ekkl.com/forgot-password
- If using a TV, try signing in on your phone or computer first to confirm your credentials work
Login works on mobile but not on TV:

"Sign in with code" not working:
