How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you’ve decided to cancel your subscription with us, we want to make the process as smooth as possible. You can easily cancel your subscription by following a few simple steps. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log In to Your Account: In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to log in to your account. Select "Sign In" at the top right and enter your username and password to access your account settings. If you’ve forgotten your password, there’s an option to reset it.
2. Navigate to Plan Management: After logging in, navigate to the menu in the top right and select "Settings". At the top of "Settings", select the tab "Plan Management". This will show your current subscription and subscription options.
3. Follow the Cancellation Steps: Scroll to the bottom of the "Plan Management" page and select "Click here to cancel your subscription". Follow the prompted instructions and you will successfully cancel your subscription.
4. Cancellation: After you’ve completed the steps, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled. Keep this email for your records.
