How to Switch Between Monthly and Annual Plans

Changing Your Subscription Plan

Ekkl offers both monthly ($9.99/month) and annual ($79.99/year) subscription plans. If you'd like to switch between plans to better suit your needs, you can do so from your account settings. Here's how:

Switching from Monthly to Annual

Upgrading to an annual plan saves you 20% compared to paying monthly. Here's how to make the switch:

1. Log in to your account: Visit ekkl.com and sign in.
2. Go to Account Settings: Click on your profile icon and select "Settings."
3. Select "Subscription" or "Plan": Find your current subscription information.
4. Click "Change Plan" or "Upgrade": Select "Switch to Annual".
5. Confirm and pay: You'll be shown the prorated amount due today. Your annual subscription will begin immediately.

How billing works: When you switch from monthly to annual, you'll receive credit for any unused days on your current monthly plan. This credit will be applied to your annual plan purchase.

Switching from Annual to Monthly

If you'd prefer more flexibility, you can switch to a monthly plan:

1. Log in to your account: Visit ekkl.com and sign in.
2. Go to Account Settings: Click on your profile icon and select "Account Settings."
3. Select "Subscription" or "Plan": Find your current subscription information.
4. Click "Change Plan": Select .
5. Confirm the change: Your switch will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period.

Important: When switching from annual to monthly, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time on your annual plan. Instead, you'll continue to enjoy your annual subscription benefits until it expires, and then your monthly plan will begin.
