Overview
At Ekkl, we strive to provide transparent and clear billing information. This article outlines our refund policy regarding subscription plans to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Our goal is to help you get the most out of Ekkl and find the best solution for your situation.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that monthly and annual subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. Once a payment is processed for a subscription term, we are typically unable to offer a refund, prorated or otherwise. This applies to:
- Monthly Plans: Recurring payments made at the start of your monthly billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Upfront payments made for a 12-month commitment.
Note: We generally do not offer refunds for unused time if you choose to cancel your subscription midway through your billing cycle.
Access Issues and Unsupported Devices
If you're experiencing access issues because your device isn't supported, please reach out to our support team so we can review your account. We'll work with you to find the best solution for your situation.
Canceling Your Subscription
While payments are generally non-refundable, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Access after cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Example: If you purchase an annual plan on January 1st and cancel on June 1st, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 6 months, but you will continue to have access to the service until December 31st.
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure no disruption to your service. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
Billing Errors
If you believe there has been a billing error (such as a duplicate charge or a charge processed after a confirmed cancellation), please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
