Ekkl looks and works great across a wide range of devices. We’re currently rolling out enhancements specifically for touch-screen laptops to make sure the platform displays beautifully on those screens. These improvements are actively in progress and on the way!

In the meantime, you’ll enjoy the best visual experience on any of our fully supported devices — including standard laptops and desktops, phones, tablets, and your favorite TV and streaming devices.

To help keep your account secure, Ekkl verifies your connection when you first sign in. On rare occasions — usually right after creating a brand-new account — this setup needs just a few extra minutes to finish.

If you see a message like “We cannot get your IP address, please try without VPN or restart your router,” there’s no need to worry. Simply:

• Wait about 4 minutes, then log in again — in most cases, everything will be ready to go.
• If you’re using a VPN, you may want to turn it off before signing in for the smoothest experience.

This quick step ensures your connection is fully set up so you can start streaming right away.
