- Verify your identity: For your protection, we'll need to verify that you are the account holder. Be prepared to confirm information associated with your account.

What to Include in Your Request
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your Ekkl account
- Your full name
- The specific action you're requesting
- Any additional details that may help us locate your information
Response Timeline
- CCPA requests: We will respond within 45 days of receiving your verified request. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we'll notify you.
- GDPR requests: We will respond within 30 days. If your request is complex, we may extend this by an additional 60 days with notice.
Data Request FAQ
Is there a fee for data requests? No, we do not charge a fee for processing data requests. However, if requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act.
Can I make a request on behalf of someone else? You may submit a request as an authorized agent if you have written permission from the account holder. We'll verify the authorization before processing.
What if I just want to delete my account? If you simply want to delete your Ekkl account and all associated data, you can do so directly from Account Settings without submitting a formal privacy request. See our "How to Delete Your Account" article for instructions.
