Finding What You Love on Ekkl

Ekkl uses tags to help you discover content that matches your interests. Tags are keywords or categories assigned to movies, TV shows, and podcasts that make it easy to find exactly what you're looking for.

What Are Tags?

Tags are descriptive labels attached to content in our library. They describe things like:

  • Genre: Drama, Comedy, Documentary, Action
  • Themes: Faith, Family, Redemption, Hope, Courage
  • Audience: Kids, Teens, Adults, Family-Friendly
  • Content Type: Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Devotionals
  • Special Categories: New Releases, Ekkl Originals, Popular

How to Use Tags

Browsing by Tag:

  1. From the Ekkl home screen, look for tag categories or "Browse by Genre"
  2. Click on a tag that interests you (e.g., "Family," "Documentary," "Inspirational")
  3. You'll see all content associated with that tag

Tags on Content Pages:

  1. When viewing a movie or show's detail page, you'll see its associated tags listed
  2. Click any tag to discover similar content

Using Tags in Search:

  1. Use the search bar to type a tag name (e.g., "redemption")
  2. Results will include content tagged with that keyword
