Managing Your Active Sessions

If you've signed into Ekkl on multiple devices and want to secure your account, you can log out of all devices at once. This is especially useful if you've shared your account, suspect unauthorized access, or simply want to start fresh.

How to Log Out of All Devices

  1. Log in to your account: Visit ekkl.com and sign in with your credentials.
  2. Go to Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings."
  3. Find "Security" or "Devices": Navigate to the security section of your account settings.
  4. Select "Log Out of All Devices": Click this option to sign out of every device where your account is currently active.
  5. Confirm the action: You may be asked to enter your password to confirm. Once confirmed, all other sessions will be terminated immediately.

Note: This action will log you out of the device you're currently using as well. You'll need to sign back in to continue using Ekkl.

When to Use This Feature

  • You've lost a device or had one stolen
  • You suspect someone else has access to your account
  • You've shared your login with someone and want to revoke access
  • You're seeing unfamiliar viewing activity on your account

Additional Security Steps

After logging out of all devices, we recommend:

  1. Change your password: Create a new, strong password that you haven't used elsewhere.
  2. Review your account activity: Check your viewing history for any unfamiliar activity.
  3. Update your email if compromised: If you suspect your email has been accessed, consider changing it as well.

If you continue to see suspicious activity after taking these steps, please contact our support team at ekkl.com/contact immediately.
